Operation method of semi-automatic duckbill cover rubbing machine:
1. Connect the power cord of the capping machine to the power box;
2. Connect the power supply and the power box indicator light will be on;
3. Use your left hand to fasten the bottle cap onto the bottle mouth;
4. Grasp the bottle body that has been capped with your left hand;
5. Hold the capping machine with your right hand and align the capping head vertically with the bottle cap;
6. Press the start switch on the rotary cover machine with your right index finger, and then press down together until the clutch of the rotary cover machine disengages and makes a "dada dada" sound. Depending on the tightness of the rotary cover, there is no need to press the rotary cover head too tightly;
7. Adjusting the tightness of the bottle cap can be achieved by adjusting the nut according to the torque between the adjusting screw head and the rotary machine.
